Trading RCB bonds

The bonds are listed on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange and its Order Book for Retail Bonds (“ORB”).

RCB bonds are available to private, professional and charity trust fund investors. For private investors they can be purchased through a regulated stockbroker or wealth manager. An RCB bond issuance could therefore reach thousands of individual investors, including a charity’s natural supporter base, or a company’s customers and staff.

RCB only arranges bonds for charities and organisations that can demonstrate a mission to deliver positive social or environmental impact. It also has a Sustainability Bond Framework which is aligned to Social and Green Bond principles, as confirmed in a second party opinion from Standard & Poor’s.

Charity trust fund investors

RCB has to date issued bonds for organisations delivering a range of services in care, supported housing, charitable giving and heritage, and can go wider still in supporting the delivery of public benefit. RCB’s bonds provide opportunities for charity trusts and foundations to align investments more closely to their charitable objectives. Each bond represents a loan to a specific borrower and can be integrated into investment policies recognising the potential of impact-led investments to deliver both financial and impact returns.
