Early Closure of Offer Period

Retail Charity Bonds PLC announces that the Offer Period for the Bonds will close at 10:30am (London time) on 14 March 2017 (the “End of Offer Date“), such time and date being earlier than the originally scheduled end to the Offer Period which was 12 noon (London time) on 24 March 2017.

Retail Charity Bonds PLC will release an announcement constituting the Issue Size Announcement as referred to in the Prospectus dated 7 March 2017 at a time and date shortly after the End of Offer Date.

Defined terms used herein shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Prospectus dated 7 March 2017 in relation to the Bonds.
